Cancellation Refund Policy.
$350 promotional booking retainer non-refundable except for covid related circumstances upon request, at the discretion of the photographer and must be used by Dec 31, 2021. Any additional fees and add-ons are 100% refundable if canceled. We understand that schedules may change due to future covid-restrictions. In the event that you need to reschedule your session and you provide at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice, your session fee may be applied to the next event.
If the Photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of the contract due to natural disaster or if the photographer does not deliver to the client expected services as interpreted by law in the state of Massachusetts, then all fees paid by the client will be returned in full.
